Kate Kanzier is not a part of the VAT Retail Export Scheme. VAT Retail Export Scheme is a voluntary basis scheme, hence you only can claim VAT refund on goods purchase from retail shop that participate in it.

Free - Convenient for customers who can pop into our Central London store. The Store Pickup orders are ready to collect the next working day (Monday to Friday) after 2pm unless otherwise confirmed via email/phone. Kindly bring a printout of your confirmation email as a proof of your order and expedite the service.
Before placing the order, please note:
For UK customers, if you place your order before 1:30 pm on Monday to Friday it will be processed the same day and sent out via the delivery method of your choice. For orders placed on Friday, the first working day starts on Monday.
