Store Purchases

Extended Christmas Returns Policy: We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items purchased from our Leather Lane store from November 16th, 2011 until December 24th, 2011 can be returned for exchange or credit note within 60 days of purchase. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 28-days period for items purchased after December 24th, 2011.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of return. Whilst we do not refund unwanted merchandise, we will gladly exchange or issue a credit note, provided that the goods are unworn and in saleable condition. There is no exchange or return on Sale Items.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection before a decision is made. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Website Purchases

Extended Christmas Returns Policy: We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items purchased from katekanzier.com and despatched during the period from November 16th, 2011 to December 23rd, 2011 inclusive may be returned at any time before January 14th, 2012. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 14-day period for items purchased after December 24th, 2010.

Christmas last order dates for items ordered from katekanzier.com that are in stock are:

UK: December 19th, 2011
International: December 15th, 2011

We will exchange or refund items provided they are unworn, in saleable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.

As per Distance Selling Regulations, the cooling-off period ends seven working days after the day the goods are received. Customers must inform us in writing - by letter or email - of their decision to cancel. While you are entitled to a full refund including the shipping charges if the order is cancelled within the seven day cooling-off period, we can only refund the value of the ordered items after that. Goods are returned to Kate Kanzier at your own expense.

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us, we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our team will contact you to in order to arrange this. However, we cannot accept liability or comment on an item until it has been returned and/or assessed by us and confirmed as faulty.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection before a decision is made. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

You have a right to cancel your order within thirty minutes of placing the order. In order to cancel your order, you must notify us by email. Any refunds authorised will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
