Store Purchases

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of return. Whilst we do not refund unwanted merchandise, we will gladly exchange or issue a credit note, provided that the goods are unworn and in saleable condition. There is no exchange or return on Sale Items.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection before a decision is made. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Website Purchases

We will exchange or refund items provided they are unworn, in saleable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.

All returned goods must arrive with their original packaging. Shoes and Boots returned without their original boxes will not be accepted. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and always retain your proof of postage. We can only refund the value of the ordered items. Shipping costs of the original order cannot be refunded. Goods are returned to Kate Kanzier at your own expense.

You have a right to cancel your order within thirty minutes of placing the order. In order to cancel your order, you must notify us by email. Any refunds authorised will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
